MEET OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Bill founded WeServe over 27 yeas ago, which has specialized in live entertainment staffing in Las Vegas. He is a well-respected professional with the necessary experience and expertise to design and implement all facility security, staffing projections, crowd management, artist movements, and emergency preparation activities. Prior to Bill founding WeServe, he served in the US Army as military policeman. After his military duty, he graduated from UNLV with a criminal justice degree in 1988. Thanks to Bill’s leadership and
experience, WeServe has become the premier company of choice.
Carlene Botkin is responsible for Human Resources and team member development. For the past 20 years she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of innovative HR solutions. These range from workforce planning, managing for performance, industrial relations, organizational restructuring, employee relations, organizational development and staff development. Thanks to Carlene, our team members proudly provide quality service to our clients and their guests in a consistent, friendly and caring manner while demonstrating our commitment to premier customer service.
Emily joined the WeServe Management Team in spring 2015. Prior to working at WeServe, she gained her experience in customer service by becoming involved with the USTA-Nevada nonprofit organization in Las Vegas specializing in charity event planning. Her versatility allows her to help with several duties in the office including recruitment and payroll. She actively engages in building relations with team members and is responsible for scheduling personnel for special events. Emily is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Management and minoring in Hospitality. Her experience has brought her to the WeServe team in strive of providing quality service for our staff and clients.
